Choose the appropriate support track; provide the Product, impact, environment/version, and what you expected to happen. The request becomes one Ticket that stays with you through resolution.
Open My Requests to see customer-safe status, Support owner, last activity, Service Updates, and exactly what happens next.
Open the Ticket and use Add Information or Reply. Your message is added to the same Ticket conversation; you do not need to start a new request.
Screenshots, PDFs, logs, text and ZIP evidence can be attached. IGX classifies files for handling safety. A file may be held for staff security review; IGX does not claim an antivirus scan unless one is actually connected.
Sign in, provide routing context, and start a real-time conversation when Live Support is available. The transcript remains part of your Ticket history. If Live Support is unavailable, use the normal Support Request instead.
Support needs information from you. Reply on the Ticket so work can continue.
Support is coordinating an internal product/technical review. No action is required from you unless Support asks for more information.
Review the resolution. Choose Yes to close the request or No to continue on the same Ticket if you still need help.
After resolution, IGX may send a one-time satisfaction survey. Your feedback helps Support recover poor experiences and improve service.
Use Documentation and Known Issues for self-service answers and current product notices before or while a Ticket is open.
Submit a Support Request and choose Customer Support. Keep the same Ticket open while Support helps you.
